Referral Program Opt-In

Occasionally, EmployBridge branches will offer a program where you may be paid a bonus for referring candidates to us. This is called a Refer-a-Friend program. If you choose to participate in the program, you may periodically receive notice of specific bonus programs through your chosen mode of communication with EmployBridge.
In order to be eligible for the “Refer a Friend” program, the following conditions must be met:
- The candidate being referred must meet all EmployBridge hiring criterion and, in the case of position-specific bonus programs, have all qualifications relevant to the position;
- The person making the referral must be opted-into the Refer-a-Friend program at the time the bonus is paid;
- The candidate being referred must meet all the requirements of the specific referral program offered in order for the person making the referral to be eligible for the Referral Bonus.
An associate is only eligible for one Referral Bonus Payout per individual referred, and only for any bonus earned as of the referred candidate’s first day on assignment at EmployBridge. For example, an associate will not be paid multiple referral bonuses for any additional assignments taken by a referred candidate.
The person making a referral is only eligible to receive the referral bonus when the candidate is referred and meets the minimum hours requirement AFTER the date on which the bonus referral program is implemented. This means that the associate making the referral will not be eligible for a bonus if the candidate being referred is already on assignment at the time the bonus program goes into effect.
All bonuses will be taxed as required by applicable state and federal law and are subject to normal withholdings and deductions.
EmployBridge reserves the right to place a referred individual in any open position where there is a need at the discretion of the branch decision maker. The fact that an associate has referred a candidate for a specific position does not guarantee placement in that position if the candidate is hired. If a referred candidate is hired and is placed in a different position at the branch’s discretion, the referring associate will NOT be eligible for the Referral Bonus.
The Terms and Conditions of the Refer-A-Friend Program may be revised from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms and Conditions, which will be available within the Refer-a-Friend section in the mobile app and the home page of your EmployBridge website login, will govern the relationship with you. By continuing to access or use the Services after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
I understand that I may opt-out of the Refer-a-Friend program via email to [email protected]. The subject line should read “Opt Out Request” and the email should contain your name, employee id, and the request to be opted out of the refer a friend program as of the effective date desired. Should you choose to opt out of the Refer-a-Friend Program, any in-progress referral bonuses will be forfeit.
